Renovation of a 4800 square foot Port Royal oceanfront home was a true labor of love. This 33-year old waterfront home was in serious need of updating, upgrading and overall elevating. Walls were removed, cabinetry and countertops replaced, all new colors, textures, appliances, fixtures and furnishings. The result was a brighter, updated and beautiful makeover for this aging home.
This 44-year old waterfront family rental home was completely re-imagined and re-designed into a stellar primary residence. We stripped it down to the studs, enlarged the foundation, added tons of windows, removed walls, gutted the kitchen, added a new roof, opened up the first floor to create a vault leading to an expanded second level, crafted a spectacular two-story brick fireplace, selected all new finishes and fixtures and more. We did our best to provide some before and after comparison photos of the magic.

Hobnoy: a beautiful renovation in Long Cove.
This home was built in 1987 and was in desperate need of a full renovation. The home had great bones so we took it down to the studs and worked some magic. Take a look!
