Where to begin?
Every home we design is customized to the unique taste and requirements of each of our clients. There are many ways to approach the home building process:
- Some clients come to us with plans already conceptualized and drawn by an architect or designer for their specific piece of property
- Others clients come to us as lot owners with general ideas of a home in mind, maybe some photos or other concepts they would like integrated into their home
- And finally, others come to us with no land purchase and no home plans
We can help ALL of you. If you reach out and give us a few parameters (square footage, number of bedrooms, number of baths, 1 or 2 levels, location of the home, and general budget), we can typically find a good selection of plans for you to evaluate or use as a springboard for your ideas. And, if we don’t find one that fits your exact need, we can always adjust one, blend the best aspects of a couple of different plans together OR, draw a new, completely custom plan. Southern Coastal Homes is a boutique builder, typically building 13-15 homes per year, maximum. Our company is small by design and we take on only what we can handle, manage, and execute well. No matter the size of your home, we recognize that your residence is a huge financial investment. In light of this, throughout your build, you will deal with every member of our team including the owners of the company who will see your project through from concept to completion.
Anyone can build to a plan. It truly gets down to mastery of craftsmanship, attention to detail, focus on quality, and quite frankly… trust between the client and the builder.
Southern Coastal Homes knows there are many factors involved in planning and building a home – size and budget being very much at the forefront. Unlike many builders, we work closely with our clients throughout the entire process which entails determining the flow you want in your home as well as assisting you with all of the finish details.
