Scott Middleton is a CPA who comes from the financial sector of the homebuilding business. He views your custom residence as not only the place you live and enjoy but also as a significant investment in your financial portfolio. His focus is to deliver both enjoyment and fiscal value in a home. Scott works in conjunction with each client to create realistic budgets and structure the monetary planning involved with a custom build.
Anne Middleton is both an operations and design expert from the homebuilding industry. Anne and her team work closely with each client to ensure that form, function, and aesthetics are fused perfectly together to create the ideal custom home. Gone are the old days of the in-office showrooms – Anne works in partnership with you and true field experts to ensure you are selecting from the most innovative home design products available on the market.

Scott is a Licensed Residential Builder with over 25 years of residential building experience. Before founding Southern Coastal Homes, he owned a successful homebuilding and development company and was President of the South Carolina Coastal Division of Del Webb Corporation where he built more than 1,000 homes per year.

Anne is a 20-year real-estate and marketing veteran having worked in the residential and commercial 
building industry. Formerly Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a large national buiilder, Anne is now dedicated to helping bring Southern Coastal Homes’ client vision of their ideal homes, to life.
